Hours of Operation
We are open Monday through Saturday by appointment only 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

Cancellations
A minimum of a 24-hour notice is required. Same-day cancellations or "No-Shows" will be charged
50% of the service scheduled

Children
Children under 18 will be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the treatment room and must have an adult sign their initial consent form.

Returned Checks
If a check was returned by the bank, we will assess a $20 service charge.

Product Returns or Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with the product that you have purchased we will gladly accept any retail product return for store credit or refund so long as the return is within 30 days of purchase and is accompanied with a receipt. Spa credit only will be given without a receipt.

Spa Establishment
Any inappropriate behavior on behalf of the client will not be tolerated and the practitioner has the authority to stop the treatment immediately. The client will be charged for the full price of the service. No refund will be given.

To ensure a tranquil experience for all clients, please turn off or place cell phones and pagers on vibrate

Sensitive Skin Facial	Perfect for those with inflammation and redness linked to rosacea and with sensitive skin.
